Make your homemade Nutella

Everybody likes some good chocolate spread for breakfast with pancakes, or with just a slice of bread. But probably the majority of these spreads have some additives or contain lactose and gluten. That can be a problem for people who can not eat something because of food allergies or because they just don’t want to eat something they can make at home. So how we can make homemade Nutella that is healthy and delicious? Here is a quick recipe that you can try!

Here are the ingredients to make your homemade Nutella:

300g peeled and baked hazelnuts ( you can buy them or just bake them at home by yourself)

2 little spoons of cocoa

2 little spoons of honey

1 little spoon of coconut oil

1.5 dL of water ( if you like more liquid spread add more water)

Preparation :

Blend your baked hazelnuts until they become like crumbs. Now add water, honey, coconut oil, and cocoa. Mix them slowly and patiently until you see it is creamy and united. If you like more liquid spread you always can add more water and coconut oil.  And remember this spread doesn’t contain additives that save it for a long time so the best choice is to make a smaller amount and eat it in a few days. You always can make it again within a few minutes.
