Winter days and common colds are still here and a lot of people get sick. Viruses attack everybody, especially someone with weak immunity. But what if you can do something that will build your immune system so you can minimize illness or even avoid it? How about some natural drink that you can make at home and use every morning? Here are ginger shots for an immune boost!

You will need:

  • Ginger
  • Oranges
  • Lemons
  • Carrots 
  • Turmeric
  • Water

Mix the ingredients for ginger shots!

So first you should peel off ginger. Use a spoon for that so you can save as much ginger as you can. Chop it into smaller pieces and put it in the blender.

Next is to add one orange, juice one lemon, cut one carrot, half a little spoon of turmeric, and then add half a or full glass of water. Mix all things together in the blender and finally strain it. You can divide it into equal small portions for a few days and drink it in the morning.
You should keep these shots in the fridge and use them for a few days.
