There are studies that have shown your glucose spikes and downs can lead to many health issues. Some of them are insulin resistance, obesity, lack of energy, Alzheimer’s disease, mood swings, PCOS, and many others. Raised cravings can be a symptom of unregulated glucose after your meal. In most cases, the problem is an unbalanced meal that contains only carbohydrates, but there are also stress, a lack of balanced meals, and a lot of processed sugar that can be the reason for that. So here are some easy ways to regulate glucose levels in the blood!

How to regulate the glucose level in the blood?

It all starts with a well-balanced breakfast where you have protein, fiber, and fats. Maybe the best choice is some savory breakfast but if you like sweet ones like oatmeal always add some nuts, chia seeds,  cinnamon, or berries to it. Some people like to add a protein powder so if you use it also you can add some.

The recommendation is to eat a lot of fiber with your meals. So all types of vegetables can help. The best choice is to add salads to your meals. Some studies have shown there is actually an order to eat your food. First, you should eat fiber so your intestines can be prepared for other parts of the meal like protein and fats, and the last ones are sugar.

Also, you can try to add some fiber, fats, or protein to your dessert. Like eat your chocolate with some nuts, add some peanut butter to your banana, or Greek yogurt to your oats.

Go for a 10-minute walk after every meal so the glucose goes direct to your muscle.

Try to drink 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar diluted in one glass of water 10 to 5 minutes before your meals. Apple vinegar is a good natural choice to regulate glucose in your blood.

You can add chrome to your supplementation for glucose regulation.

The last piece of advice is to eat whole fruits and chew them because it is sugar and fiber in one meal.
