Have you ever tried those soft-chocolate Muffins?

Winter is still here. So we all know this time is a season for good-backed cookies, and what is better than delicious chocolate muffins.

This recipe will give you at the same time a soft and crispy taste of delicious muffin. It doesn’t take a lot of time and in the end, everybody will like it.

Here is some easy and tasty recipe for you guys.

Ingredients you will need:

flour (300g or 0.66 Ibs)

cocoa  (50g or 0.11 Ibs)

dark chocolate (200g or 0.44 Ibs)

sodium carbonate ( 2 teaspoons)

brown sugar or stevia (280g or 0.62 Ibs)

vanilla extract ( 2 teaspoons)

salt ( 1/2 teaspoon)

olive oil (150ml)

water (450ml)

Now when you have all ingredients, let’s make some muffins!

First, you mix flour, cocoa, sodium carbonate, salt, and sugar.

Mix all that dry ingredients with a spoon. Now add olive oil, vanilla extract, and water.
When you put all ingredients in one bowl mix it all together.
Use baking cups fill it with the mixture (but not to the top) and add some dark chocolate to it.

Also, you always can add some things you like in muffins like walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins, or anything you think is better for you.

These listed ingredients in the recipe are the main things that give you this soft-crispy taste. But you always have the freedom to add your ingredients for the final result.

Bake it for 20minutes at 180 degrees.
