But people with curly hair have so many issues with finding the best product or how to use it and make curls that are bouncy and healthy. The solution is actually very easy. Just buy a beer and you will have curls from a dream. So how to define curls with beer?

Benefits of beer for hair

Beer has a lot of good ingredients for skin and hair. Some of them are niacin ( vitamin B3), pantothenic acid ( vitamin B5), vitamin B6, proteins, flavonoids, copper, iron, silicone, and many others. They improve hair growth and prevent hair loss. They make hair thicker and stronger. Shine and volume are also benefits that you can make with this ingredient that you can find in a beer.

How to use beer to make your good-looking curls?

So how to define curls with beer? The first thing you should do is boil some beer and leave it to cool (or open the bottle one day before washing your hair). Do this so the alcohol can evaporate and this protects hair from drying out.

Now pour beer into some bowl and then you can go wash your hair as usual. After this, you need to turn your head upside down so you can soak all your hair into it.

Repeat soaking your hair a few times and then squeeze your curls from the ends to the roots. The more you squeeze more volume and curls you will make. Hair will become shiner and defined. Beer is very good for your hair because it makes some kind of layer on the hair that has an antioxidant effect and protects it from external influence. After you are done curls are ready for drying up with a diffuser. To make more volume try to diffuse your curls also upside down.
